Children's Peace Camp

In the summer of 2011, Conrad Grebel College at the University of Waterloo organized a Peace Camp for the students for grade school students (Grades 7 and 8). Shiv Talwar gave a workshop at the camp in which he related personal peace to interpersonal peace. Stress disturbs personal peace. It therefore is the underlying reason for all conflict.Shiv concluded the workshop with a 5 minute session of deep breathing. The workshop was well received by the children.
